NOTE: THE AMICCON INITIATIVE was founded in order to provide important new tools for increasing business in the western New England region’s advanced manufacturing community. Specific tools include:

  • a database of manufacturers and their supply chains in the region in order to grow and keep new business in the region;
  • a website for manufacturers to turn to for news, technology, events and new business opportunities;
  • a manufacturing innovation competition with a targeted $50,000 purse;
  • programs and events that promote the region’s advanced manufacturing capabilities.

*Donations and revenues raised through these events will be applied to the development of these important tools.

It is the mission of AMICCON to help make western New England the Hub for advanced manufacturing in the United States with its specialties in exotic, nano, micro, and short run production and processes.
